Providing advice on corporate governance issues is an increasingly important role for company secretarial practitioners.

  • Attending to lodgements and registrations with the CIPC;
  • Share restructuring, including drafting of shareholders’ and subscription agreements as well as Memoranda of Incorporation; Compliance, statutory and business administration;
  • Board support and Corporate Governance, including minuting of meetings.

In doing so, we are able to gain valuable insights into their challenges and can easily identify their needs.
