“A Will is a document you use to bequeath items to other people such as your inheritance,” Sandra explained. “From a business perspective, it is an essential document as it determines how your business interests will be bequethed upon your passing. Correctly drafting your Will forms part of your estate planning process.  People often don’t think about what is going to happen to the business once they pass away.”
